On behalf of AGRA, thank you for your interest in the 2008 Road Runner Regional Rodeo (RRRR) which will be January 19-20. I have enclosed a vendor packet that should answer most of your questions regarding the rodeo.
Here is some information not included in the packet that you might find useful. This will be the 23rd year of AGRA rodeos. The rodeo will again be held at Rawhide @ Wild Horse Pass on the Gila River Indian Community. We expect 1,100-1,200 attendees on Saturday and 900-1,000 on Sunday. Each vendor space is 10'X10', and all spaces are inside the Rawhide Pavilion. Space rentals for the weekend are:
Each organization selling anything must also complete the Gila River Indian Community Business License Application and remit a $30.00 payment to obtain a license. Please read the vendor application and the vendor contract for more detailed information.
Vendor set-up begins at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, January 18, 2008. Sales may begin at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday and continue until activities end in the pavilion. ALL VENDORS MUST KEEP THEIR BOOTH OPEN UNTIL 6:00 P.M. ON SUNDAY, JANUARY 20. ALL MERCHANDISE, EQUIPMENT, AND SUPPLIES MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE BOOTH BY 11:55 P.M. SUNDAY, JANUARY 20. NO FOOD OR BEVERAGE SALES ARE ALLOWED.
