The host hotel is the GreenTree Hotel Phoenix West (formerly Holiday Inn Phoenix West) at 1500 N 51st Avenue in Phoenix. The hotel is on the west side of N 51st Avenue just north of I-10.
Room rates are:
King – $114.00
Double (2 full-size beds) – $114.00 ($10 extra per night for 3rd & 4th occupants)
Queen Deluxe (2 queen beds) – $124.00 ($10 extra per night for 3rd & 4th occupants)
These room rates do not include tax (currently 12.57%)
Complimentary breakfast is included for all occupants in a room.
Amenities include a microwave, mini-refrigerator, and coffeemaker in each room. Also, included are free parking, free WI-FI throughout the hotel, on-site 24 hour fitness center and laundry facility. Complimentary shuttle service is available within 5 miles of the hotel.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out time is noon.
The reservation deadline is January 20, 2023. Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis. Reservations can be made by calling (602) 484-9009 and asking for the Arizona Gay Rodeo room block, or on line
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the arrival date, or you will be charged one night’s room and tax. No shows will be charged one night’s room and tax.
Pets are not allowed.
NOTE: PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS NOW. ROOMS AT OTHER HOTELS ARE PROBABLY NOT AVAILABLE. SUPER BOWL WILL TAKE PLACE THE WEEKEND BEFORE OUR RODEO, AND SEVERAL OTHER ACTIVITIES WILL TAKE PLACE JUST BEFORE AND DURING RODEO WEEKEND.
